Lead Dog Mobile Grooming
Please Read our policies BEFORE you book an appointment with Lead Dog Mobile Grooming Salon.
- We reserve the right to deny services or to raise the price to those who do not disclose the true condition of their dog’s coat or temperament.
- We try to answer every phone call. Please leave a message if we cannot answer your call, we will return your call within the day.
- We will not use dirty/ recirculated / “hydro” grooming of any kind. You can trust us to use only clean, fresh, warm water on every pet.
- Scheduling preferences are given to “preferred client program” participants. Otherwise scheduling times may vary. Some holidays book early so plan accordingly.
- Our salon is cleaned and disinfected before each appointment to guarantee your pet’s optimum health.
- Photos of your pet may be taken before/during and after grooming for use on the website, educational purposes, and advertising.
- Although we can groom in any weather, there are only a couple times per year when I cannot safely drive to your home. If I determine that roads are not safe enough to drive our grooming salon to your home, we will need to reschedule. I will give preference to rescheduled customers. Basic rule of thumb is: If roads are too bad to keep you from driving, then don't expect us to. We will call you to give you as much advance notice as possible.
- Please “empty” your dog before our visit.
- Please call to cancel your appointment in excess of 24 prior to your pet’s grooming appointment.
